Mobile Survey

The Multi-Channel extension for your telephone, mobile and hard copy surveys

The Mobile Survey module allows you to capture the responses collected through off-line channels such as paper, telephone or face to face interviews.

The person entrusted with the research task designs the survey with the Survey Manager and creates user accounts for the operators in charge of capturing the responses.  The operators capture in either online or offline mode the responses to the questionnaires on Mobile Survey. Then, at the end of the day or of the campaign, they synchronize the data on the server with a simple click.

The person entrusted with the research can verify at any time, by using Survey Manager, the evolution of the responses collected , being therefore able to anticipate the analysis.

The high level of integration of Survey Manager and Mobile Survey allows automatic data synchronisation without manual transfer of files. The synchronization between questionnaires and responses is completely handled by the system according to the rights assigned to each user.

The Mobile Survey can be installed on Tablet PC, laptop or a conventional working station.
